Thank you for shopping with Forbidden Era®. All sales are final except for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items and circumstances where a refund, return, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or sizing. Please read product descriptions and size information carefully before buying.
Problems with an order
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you receive an incorrect item, or your order doesn't arrive, please contact Contact@forbiddenera.onmicrosoft.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, an explanation, and any relevant photos if available. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund or replacement where applicable.
Returns and cancellations
Contact us before sending back a product so we can provide return instructions if a return is necessary. Requests to cancel an order that is already being prepared or has shipped may not be possible, but statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship by a promised date or within the timeframe required by law, we'll notify you and provide your legally required choices, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
